Please read these terms carefully before using Salvatore's Pizza delivery services

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Salvatore's Pizza! By accessing our website at salvaitore.org, placing an order through our online platform, or using any of our delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Salvatore's Pizza.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Salvatore's Pizza provides premium pizza delivery services throughout Sudbury, Ontario, and surrounding areas in Canada. Our services include:

  • Online ordering through our website and mobile-optimized platform
  • Telephone ordering for customer convenience
  • Home and business delivery services
  • Dine-in services at our New Sudbury Centre location
  • Catering services for events and special occasions
  • Custom pizza creation with a wide variety of toppings

Service Availability

Our delivery services are available during posted business hours. Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, delivery volume, and special circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders in cases of extreme weather, safety concerns, or operational limitations.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to addresses within our designated delivery zones in Sudbury and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may vary based on distance from our location at 1349 Lasalle Blvd. Orders outside our standard delivery area may be subject to additional fees or may not be available for delivery.

3. Ordering and Payment

Order Placement

Orders can be placed through our website, by phone at 905-582-6691, or in person at our New Sudbury Centre location. When placing an order, you must provide accurate and complete information including:

  • Full delivery address with apartment or unit numbers
  • Contact phone number
  • Special delivery instructions if applicable
  • Accurate order details and customization preferences

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Cash on delivery (subject to availability)
  • Digital payment platforms as available

Pricing and Fees

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Menu prices are subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply for:

Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize Salvatore's Pizza to charge the total amount of your order, including all applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.

4. Delivery Terms

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on order volume, traffic conditions, weather, and other factors beyond our control. We strive to deliver all orders within 45-60 minutes during normal business hours.

Delivery Requirements

For successful delivery, customers must:

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery addresses
  • Be available to receive the order at the specified address
  • Ensure safe and accessible delivery location
  • Provide contact information for delivery coordination
  • Meet age requirements for any age-restricted items

Failed Deliveries

If our delivery driver is unable to complete delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability of customer, unsafe conditions, or other customer-related issues, the order may be returned to our location. In such cases, the customer remains responsible for the full order amount, and no refund will be provided unless the failure was due to our error.

Contactless Delivery

We offer contactless delivery options for customer safety and convenience. When selecting this option, orders will be left at the specified location with appropriate notification to the customer. By choosing contactless delivery, you accept responsibility for the order once it has been delivered to the specified location.

5. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Modifications

Order modifications may be possible if requested immediately after order placement and before preparation begins. Please contact us at 905-582-6691 as soon as possible if you need to modify your order. We cannot guarantee that modifications can be accommodated once preparation has started.

Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested before the order enters preparation. Cancellation requests can be made by calling our location. Once an order is in preparation or out for delivery, cancellations cannot be accepted, and the customer remains responsible for payment.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Order was significantly incorrect due to our error
  • Food quality issues that are reported immediately upon delivery
  • Failure to deliver within a reasonable timeframe due to our error
  • Cancellation accepted before preparation begins

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Food Safety and Allergies

Food Preparation

All food is prepared in a facility that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and other ingredients. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens.

Allergen Information

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for informing us of their requirements when placing an order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee that our food is suitable for individuals with severe allergies.

Allergy Disclaimer

If you have a severe food allergy, please exercise caution when ordering from Salvatore's Pizza. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from consuming our products. Always inform our staff of any allergies when ordering.

Food Handling

Once food is delivered, it becomes the customer's responsibility to handle and store it properly. We recommend consuming delivered food promptly and refrigerating any leftovers within two hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Salvatore's Pizza website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, menu descriptions, recipes, and software, is the property of Salvatore's Pizza or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

Trademark Rights

The Salvatore's Pizza name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Salvatore's Pizza. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Permitted Use

You may view, download, and print content from our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Modify or copy materials without permission
  • Use materials for commercial purposes

If informal resolution is not possible, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sudbury, Ontario, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

12. Promotions and Special Offers

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

Coupon and Discount Terms

  • Coupons and promotional codes must be entered at the time of order placement
  • Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated
  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted
  • Promotional codes have expiration dates and must be used before expiry
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
  • Fraudulent use of promotional codes may result in account termination

Loyalty Programs
